Our goal is to nurture a generation of children, who are empowered to confidently conquer any challenge that comes their way.

Do you want to support your child’s emotional and social development, but you don’t know where to start?

This is how we do it:

We deliver workshops for children aged 8-12 and 12-16 years old.
Our workshops are fun and experiential where children learn through questioning and reflection.

Would you like to help your child feel empowered to be true to themselves and make choices that reflect their authentic identity?

In this workshop, we emphasise the importance of self-discovery and provide a supportive environment for children to explore their identities, values, needs, and wants. By gaining this understanding, children can cultivate a stronger sense of self, make informed choices, and lead more authentic and fulfilling lives.

Children will:
Tap into the subconscious through a practical exercise.
Explore and reflect on how they see and value themselves and how they present themselves to the world around them.
Practice Self-awareness which is fundamental for self-discovery and goal setting.
Focus on their uniqueness, personal interest, values, needs, dreams, and hopes.

Exploring one’s identity and values provides numerous benefits:

It fosters a sense of belonging and self-confidence, as children learn to embrace their uniqueness and appreciate the diversity of others.
It empowers them to make choices that align with their authentic selves, leading to increased satisfaction and fulfilment in various aspects of life.
Understanding one’s values helps children navigate decision-making processes. They gain clarity on what matters most to them, enabling them to make choices that align with their principles and goals.
It promotes a sense of purpose and direction, fostering resilience and determination in the face of challenges.

“Children are born with the inner power to overcome any challenges.”

Do you recognise your child;

Having a sense of apathy, being highly critical of themselves
Finding it difficult to make friends
Experiencing mood swings
Suffering with anxiety
Struggling with changes and new situations
Feeling apathy

Who are these sessions for?

For children 8 to 16 years old. These sessions are great, particularly for those children who struggle to communicate in group settings.

How many sessions will my child need?
Our session’s effectiveness hinges on trust and authenticity, which is why we offer an introductory meeting to ensure that both parties are a good fit for each other.
The number of sessions will depend on the children’s and families’ needs.

AMAS creates sessions tailored to your child’s needs, providing a safe and nurturing space to explore their thoughts and feelings. Our unique approach differs from traditional counseling; our sessions are far from clinical and won’t feel like a formal dialogue.
This approach is particularly effective in helping children develop essential coping skills and problem-solving strategies to help them manage challenges throughout their lives. Our techniques, tools and activities are designed to promote healthy self- esteem and a growth mindset through self-reflection and self-love.
Children will feel empowered to take an active role in their mental wellbeing.

We support children in many areas, such as:

Low-level anxiety
Support at challenging times (e.g., transition, separation, etc.)
Growth mindset (“I CAN do this!”)
Low self-esteem
Building authentic resilience
Putting boundaries in place
Having a poor sense of identity (child’s goals, beliefs, and actions are constantly changing.)

Sessions last around 50 minutes, costing £35 per session. Click here to enquire.

Benefits of opting for a one to one session:
Allows for a personalized approach tailored to the individual’s needs.

It can be more effective as it can be tailored to their pace, making it easier to grasp and apply the knowledge.

One to One enables those children who struggle to open up to share their thoughts and feelings more freely.

This setting also offers the opportunity for greater accountability and progress monitoring, as the instructor can provide feedback and encouragement to the individual directly.

Overall, a one-to-one wellbeing program at home provides a supportive and individualized approach, promoting greater self-awareness, personal growth, and overall wellbeing.
